Nutritional and Physical health.

Post by Runner »

A friend sent this to me, I thought it was cool. http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov/default.htm

Put in the foods you ate, it tells you how much you took and it spits out a whole array of nutritional stats based on how much you ate, how much you should have, your height, weight and age. Same deal with Excersize, put in what you did and it shows a shitload of stats for that too.

You have to sign up, but it's easy, and worth it I think.

Awesome, thanks for the link.

Diet is probably the biggest change I need to make to my training/daily activities. I like how you can monitor you're daily activities, and see the "facts" for each food.
