They are civil air patrol rotc fucks. I guess I shouldn't be making fun of them, they might grow up to be good soldiers/airmen/whatever. Aww fuck it, it's still funny looking shit.

Not a caption, but an observation. The 'steely-eyed' killer in the viewers upper left kinda has that look in his eye like the guy in the bathroom scene of Full Metal Jacket.
