Introduction from a Ranger's Mom...
I am indeed a very proud Mom of a Ranger, and would like very much to be part of this forum to interact with so many dedicated soldiers, as well as their family members....

I would like to welcome you to the site, however we have no idea who your son is or what he does. Before you aquire the Ranger Mom title I will need the following information PM'd to me. I hope you aren't offended but you would be suprised how many clerk typists tell their parents that they are Rangers.
1. Full Christian Name and Battalion he is CURRENTLY assigned to.
RC 2-87
3-75 84/85, 95/97
"thnks 4 pratn merku!"

In Question...
Silverback, thank you for the welcome to this site. Offened, not in the least, however you asked me to send you a PM, when I am not the kind to shield my feelings, especially when they come to my son, who is not a clerk typist, but is with the 2nd Ranger BN stationed at Ft. Lewis. I will also inform you, that I acquired the "Title" Ranger Mom, the day, my son proudly recited the Ranger Creed at his graduation.

Ma'am I've never heard of your son and there is no way the information you presented to me is correct. Ask your son how words per minute he can type.jmrng wrote:Silverback, thank you for the welcome to this site.
