The Grateful Dead (pick a show, any year ). Yep, I was a long-hair, tie-dye, barefoot fucking hippy looking stoner at one time, but for sheer culture shock and atmosphere the GD were pretty far out.

The Grayson County Old-Time Fiddlers Convention, Elk Creek , Virginia. You can drink shine, listen to old-time and bluegrass and go across the road and watch a drag race. The people, my people, are friendly and down to earth.

I have been to a few different Metallica concerts, but the best was probably Summer Sanitarium 2003, with Deftones, Mudvayne, Linkin Park, Limp Bizkit, and Metallica... It was in Chicago and the crowd rioted against Fred Durst and after only 3 songs he quit, good times!

Ted Nugent - Whiplash Bash. We fought our way to the front wall of the stage and basically had to fight the whole concert to keep our spot. I was with about 12 buddies and by the time the concert was over I was tired as hell. But is was fun.

Best Concert I've ever been to was the free concert that was held in Golden Gate Park in San Francisco after Bill Graham of Bill Graham presents died.

There were 600,000 people at that show and about 15 bands played.

I guess my fav. show was the Five Iron Frenzy farewell tour-Five Iron didn't really do it for me, but there was one band that opened up for them that was good, can't really remember the name.

This is slightly off-topic, but the show I would most like to be at is one my parents went to when they were dating in Colorado-It was The Who at Red Rock stage. We visited the place when we went to Colorado last summer-that place is outstanding.

H8 You got a little Punk Edge Kicking. You would've liked "X", you should try and find one of their Albums/CDs. There is also an Old Movie I have been looking for Named "Decline of the Western civilization" The original not the "Metal Years" it has some great bands like Catholic Discipline, The Ciricle Jerks, the Germs (Billy Idol), etc... That has some great REAL (Not Blink 182) Punk on it. Agent Orange was a good band also
