They were like, "Of, Sgt, you were a Ranger and in a LRS unit? You are going to be the new Bradley commander!" Myresponse was something along the lines of....

Bradley Fighting Vehicle Systems (BFVS) provide a versatile family of full-tracked, lightly armored fighting vehicles designed to accompany the M1 Abrams Main Battle Tank into battle. The Bradley's primary armament is the 25mm M242 Automatic Gun, and it also employs the TOW II Missile System.

Primary Bradley Variants include the new A3, A2 with Operation Desert Storm (ODS) upgrades, and original A0 generations:

M2 Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFV)
M3 Cavalry Fighting Vehicles (CFV)
M6 Linebacker Air Defense Systems
A3 Bradley Fire Support Vehicles (BFIST)
M7 BFIST
M707 Striker Fire Support Vehicles
Armored Medical Evacuation Vehicles (AMEV)
Derivatives leverage the Bradley chassis and powertrain to support US and allied forces:

Command and Control Vehicle (C2V)
Armored Medical Treatment Vehicle (AMTV)
Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) Carrier
RC 2-87
3-75 84/85, 95/97

It's OK, Ranger BadMuther, I don't know what a Bradley is either!

Well, while Ranger Gronk gave the "Official discription" of a Bradley, allow me to give a users view.
They are the most contentious, tempermental, maintainance intensive, brutally hot in the summer, cold in the winter, diesel gussling, pain in the ass ever developed as a Infantry Support Fire Platform....When they are shooting, they are a wonderful sight to see, when they are broken down...they are unfuckingreasonably difficult to get "green". Without much hesitation I am proud to say, they suck like a turbo charged 735 horsepower Vacume cleaner.
I hope I made it clear enough for the neophyte to grasp.
RS Class # 7-76

I'm not the way I am because I was a Ranger - I was a Ranger because of the way I am.

The above (I slightly modified it) sounds a LOT like my not soon enough to be ex-husband :D

And yes that does help, :D
