You really need to heed the advice on running young man. Run until you puke and shit yourself, wipe it off and keep running.
16:00 for 2 miles is bad.
You need to prepare yourself to run at least 5 miles at about a 5:30-6:00 minute per mile pace. Seriously, you fall out of the runs or quit they will send you WW.
