These Dreams....

1. Take time to relax before going to sleep and do some lite exercises.
2. Quit obsessing about being in the Army. Whether it is performance anxiety or self doubt acknowledge it, find ways to correct it, do so and move on. One way to fix it is to take control of the dream and fix it as Ranger Unknown told you to do.
3. An important thing to remember about dreams is that your mind catches everything that goes on around you and store it in your subconscious, even things you normally are not aware of such as how your socks feel on your feet. While you sleep and then dream your mind dumps all that extra garbage out and retains what you were focused on during the day.

And the gun doesn't fire.
WTF is going on?
just turn the XBox on, you'll be OK.

I have the brittle teeth dream sometimes, crumbling, falling out, and swallowing the shards. I fucking hate that shit, I wake up immediately and go brush. So apparently I'm being a little bitch and talking shit at the same time.RTO wrote:Teeth
For some odd reason it is common to dream about your teeth, whether they're rotting away or falling.
Meaning: Should you see your teeth decaying, it could indicate that your business is in financial trouble. When your teeth are falling, you should be more assertive because it's believed to be a sign that you feel powerless. Swallowing one of your teeth is a sign that you will soon have to eat your words (admit you were wrong about something).
Ranger RTO, what about dreaming that you have to piss like a mutherfucker? Again, I wake up and go piss.
I had a dream three nights ago that I did an endo and fell into poison ivy again, and my wife was standing there laughing at me.

Usually when you have not done/experienced something you can not dream of it since you do not know it.Choose it for me wrote:Once in a while I have these dreams that I'm in combat, or fighting, and then I see the enemy. If you have done this then you wouldn't be dreaming of it but reliving it or justifying the reason for doing it.

Here are some responses I've gotten from dream moods.com when I posted my dream on their forum:
I think the conflict in your dream is symbolic of a conflict in your life. Being unable to shoot the enemy in the dream means that you are trying to deal with the problem but aren't succeeding. Like twinkle said you should think about who or what the enemy is. Does the enemy have a name? Does he inspire any seemingly unrelated thoughts?
my response:You may also have trouble expressing your anger about something. Is there something going on in your life that is upsetting you but you have not been able to express it? Who are you shooting? If you cannot identify the source, perhaps you need to look within yourself to see what it is troubling you or upsetting you to a point where you want to rid yourself of it.
Sort of like the enemies I'm shooting are my problems and conflicts that I'm losing. Hmmm, inner conflicts, repressed anger.........I dunno :? Guess I'll keep thinking.I'm just shooting at enemy troops. But thanks anyways, I will try to find out exactly what it is I'm fighting with, I've already got some ideas. I'm really obsessed with joining the Army, but there alot of legal barriers in my way. Maybe thats an explanation. I'll keep thinking......

What you're suffering from is what we call
SLUG DREAMS this is a microscopic picture of what you resemble when you're asleep, and what we see when you're awake.

Acceptance of who you are is the first step in overcoming this problem.
