As was stated earlier, most 2LT's are idiots. But not because of their branch or commissioning source. 2LT's are just like dumb privates fresh from AIT. They "know everything" and until they realize how stupid they are, they won't learn shit. Listen, learn and become a leader.

Don't expect to be one, become one. NCO's are there to help, but don't listen to them, and they will not help.

There are some phenomenal assets available to you on this site, use them.
