Howdy

Post by 11B3VB4 »

New to the site, figured it would be proper etiquete to provide the initial information.

12 years Active duty (Germany, Bragg, Alaska, Drum) been to the school but never had the opportunity to work in Bat. Went a few places, seen a few things...

Living in Michigan now and enjoying being home with the family.

hmm... Just noticed when I went looking for it that I had placed in the wrong spot.. strange..

Yea I miss the fun times... I think I miss the jumping the most, or rather my time in the 82nd and 1/501st. Those units worked hard and played hard, made the job fun. Also not "Alot" of turds to contend with as opposed to other units I ended up in.

I joined the Michigan National Guard last year and did a Year in GTMO with them... The deployment was great, considering the options around now. But I don't think I'll ever have the NG mentality... it just isn't in me.

Either way made some good contacts and was able to influence a few durin that time. So not a total waste...

I'd call it humor (due to the fact the proper information was provided) but I suppose not all see things the way I do... I guess my access to this site is up to you... I wont change who I am to benifit anyone, who I am has served me and my country well. If I offend you feel free to act upon it... I'll survive.

So the ball is in your court.

Have a Merry Christmas

Some how I knew (with proper information provided) Sarcasm would be a proper response among this crowd. Ahh ya gotta miss the ole' thick skinned crowd, the civie side just doesn't offer the opportunities... To many senseabilities and emotions... among other crap.
