It looks like she did vote for Kerry and she is asking Texan supporters of Bush not to take retribution against her. Also, she said it in a joking manner because if she was really worried she never would have told them where she lives. Then again the back of her sign (which we can not read) might say, "I lied."

Ergo, her sign has nothing to do with Bin Laden. Drop and give me 100 push ups.
