Have A son Sgt Raul Cantu,Beginning the Florida phase, He presently serves w/ the 82nd has been to Afganistan as a machine-gunner and to Iraq as a fire-team leader. I served with N. Company Ranger 173rd Jul 70-July 71 in viet-nam and served w/ A company sept 71-jun of 73 at Ft.hood just before they formed the 1st batt at hunter airfield. I will attend the graduation on Nov 5 and A few of my old Ranger buds will Also attend Maj, Roger Brown was my plt. sgt in nam and he will most likely be the key note speaker my friend robert hendricksen, Rudy Teodioso and possibly mike hines and ron wafer will all possibly be there in attendance, robert hendricksen and I have a room at the la quinta there is a denny's restaurant next door that will probably be our operational base if there are any old N.--company rangers that are living close by contact meI am on a limited income so if I owe you any me don't expect to collect--my E-mail is inf75@hotmail.com[/quote]
