lol oh ya my intention here...While it's kinda two fold:
1)for this years national history day project i would like to do communication and lrrp teams. About what gear was used and how fire support was called in. I am an avid reader and any book suggestions/first hand reports would be greatly appreciated.

2)To learn as much as I can about future careers in the U.S. Military
Thank you.

Welcome to Ranger country, kid. This isn't your normal touchy feely chat communication board. We have rules. We don't play nice. You are in a mine field so you'd better find a map.

That's not funny, young hero. You will show proper respect for the Rangers on this site, or you will be gone. Ranger Bell was trying to give you some good advice, you'd better take it. Do not mistake the kindness shown to you because of your age as weakness.......mistakes like that can be deadly!

I trust someone has pulled you aside and informed you some of the rules. Your intro and your tag line was cute....we dont do cute! In fact, you come across as a smartass. Best put the brakes on that crap
If you have legitimate questions, post em after you have read what you need to have read. Otherwise, keep it to a minimum.

Welcome history kid, I hope that you are able to glean some useful information from the Rangers on this site and that you are able to find some purpose in life.

( I kinda sound like I gotta 15 year old son, huh?)
