Ranger Cams, thank you very much. I will try to show my worth around here.

Ranger Rangerx, I completely agree with you. The subreddit that I moderate has some solid material related to SOF in my opinion, especially now since we are growing and are essentially the largest SOF subreddit on the website so we aren't necessarily all about SEALs anymore. That doesn't mean that some of the people on there don't make me want to go brush my teeth with a pistol with their posts. For example, a while ago we had a guy come on there with a tattoo that said "The Only Easy Day Was Yesterday", which is a notable SEAL quote. He posted the tattoo asking for our opinion, and the opinion of the SEALs. The response was overwhelmingly negative to say the least. He originally said it was to commemorate his failures within the pipeline, and to remember that dream. He later expanded that his "failures" were him being told his ADHD disqualified him from his recruiter. He didn't even go to MEPs. He also went on to tell us about his "incalculable IQ" and how amazing he truely is. However, I like to believe that we are a step above the average fedora wearing beta redditor that I have had a lot of experience with.

That goes directly to my point about their vetting process of actual been there done that types and posers.

Generally answers my question, I'm satisfied. Go beat your face for an hour for making us wait, then get up and start studying. Good luck.

Are you a Viking mod as well? I really don't care to hear any more about SEAL's or Vikings. We are Rangers. More push ups, less talky.

Ranger Jim, I updated you on the day that I said I would. It was only a beginning update, I was planning on doing another on Sunday after I went and did my poncho hooch night but the snow came in on that day and I was told that I shouldn't risk getting hypothermia a month before I ship. I will update my task list again tomorrow night however. I was under the impression that we are to check the thread every 48 hours, but if we are to update our task list that often as well then I will make sure to proceed that way from now on.

Nick, my goal (which is why I keep reminding you) is to ensure that you complete all your tasks before you ship in just over 30 days. Never, never quit!

APFT Score (as graded by a fellow DEP future soldier):
Push ups: 62
Sit ups: 100
2 mile run: 12:48
Pull ups: 7

SITREP: I ship out tommorow. I'm feeling pretty excited about this, and it has been a long time getting ready for it. I will be opening up a letters from school thread to make sure I can keep you all updated on where I am at in the process.
