Ranger Jim, Cole Range is in the books. It was a suck week but far from not doable. For all the DEPS don't quit, its not worth it. Identify your excuses before you make them eventually you won't have any left all you have left to do is carry on. Know your Land Nav and buy some insoles. Your feet will hurt regardless but insoles make it a little easier to bare. The only way to not make it back from Cole Range is to quit or fail land navigation. Dont fall asleep during land nav, dont cheat, and don't quit.

Ranger Jim, RASP is going great. We just finished up our 3Rd week. Sadly we didn't jump but we did fast roping. Week 4 starts Monday and were into phase 2 afterwards.

The thing we all fear has happened to me. I got recycled into the next class. My next class up date is July 11th. I'm going back to Pre-RASP now until then.
