If you use Apple products...

A serious vulnerability was discovered in IOS 7 and OSX Mavericks than essentially renders all SSL/TLS certificate checking useless. If you are on IOS 6.1.6 or any variant of 7 you should update now. OSX Mavericks is also effected but no official patch is available yet.

Interesting. Yesterday, National Public Radio (NPR) must have made a similar announcement hourly.
