When I first began using the internet back in the late 90s, I was on the old Ranger listserver. Someone knew of the Echelon program and posted all of the Echelon trigger words, which most of the subscribers on the listserver immediately put in their sig lines. Every post on those threads then had the Echelon list attached to it.
I think the late great Henry "Bone" Egleston was one of the ringleaders.
