This one is a bit of a smoker.
Regular push-ups from 15 down to 6
Diamonds from 5 to 1
In between each doing raise the roof with no breaks in between
Give yourself a 2 minute break
Then reverse from 1 to 15.
It sucks but it improved my pushups from 60 to about 85 in about a month.
