Bought Book for ranger training. Want advice on it.
I bought this book in order to have help on the ranger pft. I have just recently started working out after 5 yrs of being dormant and lazy. I want some opinions on the effectiveness of this book or reviews of how this has helped others. It came in the mail today.

Who authorized you to have Ranger in your name? It is against ArmyRanger.com policy to have Ranger if you are not yet a Ranger. I guess your so e'ffing happy about your book, you do not need to read our FAQ's - eh?
If you have your book, why have you bothered to come here?

I am sorry if ive offended you. No i didnt read the FAQ's. No I am not happy about the book per se. i wanted advice on if it would be considered effective at the gym. And I came here to communicate with rangers and learn. The name futureranger86 is to signify my goal to achieve ranger status. If that is against the rules then I am sorry. I was unaware.

cams, thank you for causing me to laugh for about 5 minutes following the reading of your post. Not sure if this makes my life seem extremely boring, but your post made my day.
And to futureworldwide86: Don't you think it might have been a better idea to go through the extensive amount of threads on this forum that deal with how to get in shape for RASP/Ranger training than to buy some book?

I'm curious, would having a guy named "Bulletsponge" on point during a movement to contact be like taking a canary into a coal mine?

Re: Bought Book for ranger training. Want advice on it.
I posted this question right after i signed up to be a member of this site. call me quick to jump the gun. But I legitimately want to get into shape and be prepared for ranger school so i bought the book prior to registering with this site. hell i didnt even know this site existed until after i had got the book... I dont get online often but i will read what the veteran rangers have to offer and put it to use.
