Introduction-Luke

Post by BOBO »

Hello Rangers,
My name is Luke and I am currently serving in the USAF, as an Aerial Porter. I entered the Air Force in September of 2009 shortly after graduating high school with a contract to be a Pararescuemen, unfortunately that did not work out. I'm not very fond to talk of the experience and consider it the lowest moment in my life as a personal failure. However, I have been doing some reading on other possible opportunities to make a bigger difference with my time in the military and have become very intrigued with the option of being a Ranger. I have read quite a few of the posts here and have appreciated greatly the wealth of information all of you have so kindly taken the time to share with the "newbies" such as myself. I would also like to mention that I am stationed at Joint Base Lewis McChord presently, and hope to have the opportunity to possibly speak face to face with some of you when I return from my overseas "vacation". I am looking forward to being able to speak to the people on this site more directly and hope to gather as much knowledge as I can from the more wise men than me. Mostly I came to this site seeking a few answers and a little perspective on the Army and Ranger way of life, it has been helpful so far, but with my access limited I feel as though i still have much to learn. Thanks for your time, and for everything you do Rangers.

Welcome Air force.

We'll have to get one of the Mod's to move your intro, you're in the wrong forum as you're actively serving. Thank you for that by the way. Stay safe.
