Unless things have changed recently...as long as you can successully complete the Valsalva maneuver and your hearing is normal it shouldn't be a problem.

I had 5 sets of tubes, and I fly now. It's a non-issue

You will probably need a letter from your doc stating that any medical issue you had is now remedied and that it will not be an issue in the future.
