Greetings to everyone at ArmyRanger.com,
My name is Angus. I enlisted a few months ago with an 11X Option 40 contract, and am shipping out Tuesday next week, 20100914. I am 22 and graduated from college this year and have also been working as a truck driver among other things for the last 4 years while at school.
Although I found this site too late to have gotten the most out of all the great information contained within, I figured I would register anyways, even if it’s just so that I can humbly contribute in a small way as a resource about current OSUT, BAT and god willing RASP along the way (when I can get my hands on a computer that is) for any other future soldiers aspiring to follow the same trajectory.
Thank you to all the Rangers firstly for your service and secondly for setting up a great online community like ArmyRanger.com which, among many other things, inspires young guys like me. Hopefully one day I will be able to join your proud ranks, until then I will continue taking the process one step at a time, the next being MEPS for ship day followed by 30th AG next week.
