Yeah, if you are an incumbent member of the U.S. Congress your chances of being reelected are superior to someone who was a member of the Soviet Politbureau during the Stalinist era.

FYI when I clicked on the first link AVAST blocked a trojan horse.

As for the ladders he will provide, maybe the illegals will use them to gain access to his home.
