My Name is Kevin,
I am an ROTC cadet and am 20 years old from Cleveland, Ohio. I just finished my Sophomore year. I am contracted and have a scholarship. I will be attending Airborne School in July and also will be attending SURT in June (fast approaching). I have read the threads on Airborne and have searched the threads for information on SURT and haven't found much. Just wondering if anyone could give me some heads up on the ins and outs of SURT. I have prepared for it as if I were going to Ranger School and am looking for some last minute pointers. I will be going down to Ft. Benning with my eyes and ears open to learn.Thanks.

Thank you Ranger ZoneIV and Ranger al_2ndWolfhounds, SURT as far as I understand it is the 75th Ranger Regiment Pre-Ranger course (Small Unit Ranger Tactics). I leave 3 June for Ft. Benning. I have been ruckin and running alot to get ready, I regularly score no less than a 295 on the APFT. I realize that at SURT I will be in for an entirely different world outside of ROTC. Thanks for the welcome.
