Hacking to death seven 4 and 5 year-olds. That takes a real man, doesn't it? Under China's "one child" law, seven young couples will now very likely be childless. The Chinese dote over their children, especially since they can only have one. Imagine the grief. And we have new age psychobabblers in the West who talk about "closure" over such events. I don't think that ever happens.

Re: What is up with China?
I "try" to joke because I cannot fathom the horror. A Chinese guy beheaded a Chinese girl in a coffee shop at VA tech just a year or so ago. He did it with a kitchen knife in front of others that ran out of the place. Then there was the Chinese dude on the bus in Canada that did the same thing, just whipped out a knife and started hacking off another riders head....WTF is right!

Simple way to bring this to a screeching halt. Mandate the registration of all kitchen knives and require permits for their use.
That prevents crime right?
Somewhere, probably here in NY, someone read that with a straight face and a solemn nod.

And especially cleavers - they should be authorized only for the military and law enforcement......K.Ingraham wrote:Simple way to bring this to a screeching halt. Mandate the registration of all kitchen knives and require permits for their use.

Please notice that in both these cases they took place in locations where it was illegal to carry a firearm. It bothers the hell out of me when I have to enter a location where I cannot carry. I usually avoid such locations but it is not always possible.

If your not drinking, or if you are not entering a establishment that sells alcohol and customers consume on site, carry it anyways, Brother !
