Prodigy, hang in there. Fighting a bureaucracy is incredibly frustrating but the end goal is going to be worth it.

Dude, I'm tired just reading about your story. Anyone with your perserverance will succeed regardless of branch or job. Good luck. I respect your "won't take no for an answer" mentality.

Prodigy922...roger that. I have left all of my bitching at the door as well. Congratulations. "To whom much is given, much is expected". With that being said, I realize that you have earned all that you have received, but surely you will produce great things.

That's one inspiring story, Prodigy. I wish I'd been on the boards when you mentioned coming east, I'd have loved to buy you a beer or something equally delicious.

Good Day Prodigy,
There is HUGE difference in NG and AD Army. I was told that for AD Army that I would realisticly never see 18Xray..SF pipeline..well, thanks to members on here, they pointed me to the NG. And guess what...I am awaiting to complete my airborne physical and enlist with the 19th SF Group soon. Never...NEVER...quit. Besides...you have come this far...why even think of stopping now. If I were you...and if you are interested...check out 19th SF Group in Califonia. Check out ProfessionalSoldier.com. It is like this forum but centers around Army Special Forces Soldiers. By the way...do not mistake Army Special Forces for Special Operations. And as they say in Group...Do Your Best.
