11B skill identifiers
On another site I frequent, a person represented themselves as (Active Duty, out of Ft. Carson):
"11B ranger/airborne/sapper/air assault/sniper/pathfinder skill identifiers.. "
Sapper and Sniper?

Re: 11B skill identifiers
Sniper has one. Don't know what it is off the top of my head. I would presume since sapper now gives you a tab you get some type of identifier as well. Don't know that one either if it exists.

Re: 11B skill identifiers
I should clarify my statement. Can a person be an engineer (Sapper) and an 11b/Sniper at the same time?

Re: 11B skill identifiers
It would seem the 'badge grouping' for awards has been updated within the last few years... so you can wear (3) badges from group 4 - which is ass assault, badgefinder, MFF, jumpwingspanthersix wrote:It used to be that you could only be air insult or badge finder but not both.....that changed?
AR670-1
A total of five combat and special skill badges are authorized for wear at one time; this total does not include
special skill tabs (see figs 29–52 and 29–53). Personnel may wear only one badge each from groups 1, 2, and 3, as
listed in paragraph a, above. Personnel also may wear three badges from group 4, and two badges from group 5, but
the total number of badges cannot exceed five. Combat badges have precedence over special skill badges within the
same group. For example, if an individual is authorized to wear the Combat Infantry badge and the Expert Infantry
badge, the Combat Infantry badge is worn. There is no precedence for special skill badges within the same group. For
example, personnel who are authorized to wear the Parachutist and Air Assault badges may determine the order of
wear. The above policies apply to the wear of both non-subdued and subdued badges.
