I don't know about their no-glare claim. I'd expect the glare to be similar to a window of similar size. Otherwise, the tech is pretty cool. (I'm still waiting for OLED TVs/Monitors.)
Vaguely related, we had a Dept. of Energy rep swing by our workplace today to show off some industrial LED-array "bulbs". He showed off a couple different applications. One was a retrofit 3-tube T8 2' x 4' flourescent ceiling fixtures. Equivilent lumens, maybe a "whiter" color spectrum, and used 23W as opposed to 88W. The other was a replacement for street/parking lot lights, also using large single-LED bulbs (3 total), with it being possible for each bulb to be triggered to a different input (say timer, photo-detector, and motion sensor), which would allow for some basic lighting of a parking lot, with more kicking on when it got darker or when someone walked below the light. The LEDs are instant-on, unlike high wattage sodium, quartz, etc lamps.
In case you're wondering, all these LED bulbs had to be wired to a ballast, so you can't just screw them in to a home light-socket. There are some-consumer LED bulbs out there, but they are still low on the lumens when compared with incandscent or CFLs (it's hard to cram the ballast circuitry into a package that small).
Will Glowing Walls Kill off the Light Bulb?

If you drink enough, your walls will glow with or without wall paper... I know.
