Apologies for bumping a slightly older thread, and if this report has already been posted to the forum (it is an older report, but goes with Ranger dbmtrman's link). If you haven't read it, you may enjoy it. The quick and dirty of it is that folks could sway an entire election with almost no trace by hacking voting systems.
