Suspect " Little Black Dog " is a danger to the motoring public and an all-out effort by law enforcement has been launched to apprehend this K-9 bandit ! His M.O. is the same every time....

" Little Black Dog " hides behind bushes, trees, guard rails, and even in ditches and waits until victim driver approaches. Suspect " Little Black Dog " then leaps out directly in front of victim vehicle, causing driver to swerve and crash.

" Officer, officer ! He came out out of no where ! This " little black dog " jumped right in front of my car and I swerved to miss him. Honestly ! " A scary statement heard time and time again by law enforcement officers all over the U.S.

Suspect " Little Black Dog " has a very unique, strange skill of ONLY jumping out in front of drunk drivers, suspended drivers, drivers with no insurance, drivers with warrants, and drivers with no licenses ! To date, no licensed, honest, law-abidding driver has EVER been attacked by suspect " Little Black Dog. " Suspect " Little Black Dog " is highly elusive and always flees the scene well before law enforcement arrival. No trace, no evidence, or witnesses have EVER seen this K-9 Bandit. He strikes and flees, leaving the victim driver in the ditch.

Suspect " Little Black Dog " is highly mobile and has been known to strike in almost all 50 States, sometimes 10 to 12 States in a single night !

If you observe suspect " Little Black Dog " lurking around on the roads, please call 911 as soon as possible.
