It is indeed a compliment. A big one, and I completely agree - it transcends one person. It is not the buffed out bods... not that strength (although who doesn't love that?). No, it is *something.* An inner guy-ness that seems to come only with doing high speed things. A confidence, perhaps? Mmmm... definitely. Honor, yes. A certain humility, too. And, before the Rangers on the site jump on that last one as a negative... nooooo. It is also a compliment. There seems to be a certain inner humility that folks in your line of work obtain and I think that it comes from knowing no matter how truly badass you are, you are dead if the guy next to you and everyone else you depend on doesn't do their job and do it 150%. You all have an intriguing combination of attributes.

I digress. I agree with you, Jenny. :D
