Who you calling the "messiah"?? Everyone knows there is only one Messiah, Jesus Christ.
Who's calling for change? Everyone knows that's the cry of evry good socialist.
hey BM, I think that was an example of that thing called sarcasm. even some Christians can recognize it with proper training.

Maybe you misunderstood my post. It was a play on them whining about McCain calling himself a Maverick.
That link was total liberal whining crap. Hence my response.
We get enough liberal crap blasting us evrywhere else, do we have to see it here????????
Who said shit about "the messiah"? The "them" you are referring to is an 82-year-old descendant of Sam Maverick-A piece of american history. And don't call me a liberal, I fly a real conservative around the country for a living- and enjoy doing it. But don't put fresh paint on a pile of shit and try to tell me it's gold. Smells like shit, feels like shit, looks like painted shit, must be ______.BadMuther wrote:KW,KW Driver wrote:hey BM, I think that was an example of that thing called sarcasm. even some Christians can recognize it with proper training.

Mccain wasn't my first choice either but blasting him gives the impression that the "Obamessiah" is a decent alternative. There are enough liberals bashing him without conservatives jumping in the mix.dyks wrote:Who said shit about "the messiah"? I hear you man, and my ranting here is far from what I espouse in my professional life. But in my mind, it looks like the McCain/Obama 08' ticket. Where neither of us are even close to being represented.
I think McCain should have tried to bring Collin Powell on board for VP. IMO- maybe he tried-who knows.

That's new food for thought. I know for sure, Mrs. Powell wouldn't want that. She hated the fact that he came out of retirement to be Secretary of State.dyks wrote:I think McCain should have tried to bring Collin Powell on board for VP. IMO- maybe he tried-who knows.
