Joining Army Rangers after college

I am planning on joining the army after graduating from college this year. I want to attend Ranger school. I have been receiving conflicting advice regarding OCS and becoming a Ranger. I would appreciate your thoughts. I believe I have the mental and physical capabilities to be a ranger. Also, are there any restrictions regarding contact lenses? Thanks to all of you. Brian
