RIP Day 0 was interesting. A lot of pushups and briefings. Met some of the cadre, who all seem hard, but very cool. The thought came to my mind; I wonder if some of them are here :?:

The briefings got me all sorts of psyched to get this shit over with. After the day was over, I felt like I'd finally found a home. I feel the Regiment is someplace I really want to be.

Will post a sitrep next time I'm able to.
Make it and find out.

Good that things are happening for you.

Shoot me. Please.

Carrying bunks up and down stairs. Buddy carries up Cardiac Hill. The Downing(?) Mile. The soles of my feet are just gigantic blisters.

It's tougher than I thought, but I'll make it through. People are counting on me to.
Grab onto that brass ring, hang on tight and DON'T let go, young Stud Muffin.
Remember, ain't nothing you are doing now that every Ranger that has gone before you hasen't done before.

ohhh.... and one more thing, this may not be the best time to remind you, but remember that RIP is waaaaay easy compared to your first several months at your Ranger Batt !! :D
