Introduction
All,
My name is Jonathan. Im an A1C/E3 in the US Air Force. Im 20, and currently looking for a challenge. Im a PA dude right now, but just recently put in my paperwork to cross train for TACP. I also just recently talked to an Army recruiter about going Blue to Green. Im just trying to explore all my avenues. I originally wanted to join the Army and be a Ranger, but i was 17 and wasnt mature enough to handle the challenge. Now, after over 2 years in the AF, I feel im ready (yes, the AF has made me a more coinfident and centered man...lol). Im more mature, mentally and physically.
Im working out everyday now, doing a mix between weights and body weight work outs. I work abs one day, biceps, back and forearm the other day, and chest, shoulder and triceps the last day. Im an ok runner, running 2 miles in 12:50 and 4 miles in 27 minutes. Me and a friend, who recently got accepted to TACP school, ruck every Thursday. 45 lbs at a 5 mile an hour pace.
Im just looking for information on this site. So i will do some digging and ask questions if i have any. Unless the question has already been posted and answered by someone else. :) Feel free to contact me if you have any questions about me or my goals. Nice to meet you all!

Welcome to the site Airman... and thank you for your service. TACP is a VERY good assignment, best of luck in the selection and training. Never, NEVER QUIT!!!
We have a few TACP's on here as well... I'm sure they will come along shortly to square you away.
Just remember, read the FAQ's and Stickies... and mind the rules of engagement on the site.
Again, thank you for your service... I personally owe my hide to the TACP we had on our team.

I stand corrected. As a veteran your initial statement is apparently within the SOP.RangerJurena wrote:joldshnic wrote:Thank you all for the greetings! And Steadfast, thanks for moving me. Here is the rest of my intro, to include dates of service:

I would recommend just calling him "Uncle Stead" like the rest of us.
