I didnt know I had to do pull ups to but if I were to guess I would say 15-20 palms out and 25-30 palms in -Austen

1. Let's get this into perspective. If you complete a task correctly, you don't have to re-do it. Your task was to self administer a PT test. In this case you did not have a suspense, so there was no reason to rush out and do it wrong.
2. Ranger Bugsy gave you a reference. You apparently did not check it because you have not yet annotated the thread.
3. Now I want you to get back in there and self-administer an AFPT not later than midnight, Saturday, 10 May 2008 and post your results on this thread.
