LTC Melvin Russell Blair, inducted in Ranger Hall of Fame in 2003 and a Merrill's Marauder, passed away Saturday 18 April 2008. He was a recipient of 2 DSC, SS, 3 BS, and 3 PH.

One of my business partners is a dear friend of his and am working on getting it published in the NY Times. LTC Russell also did not make any arrangements so my friend is also working on his funeral. Funeral will most likely be in NY-area.
