I can say that when it come to A-stan, when you start from Nothing .....I mean nothing .....it takes a little bit. There wasnt even a word for NCO in the Dari langwage when we started. And it is VERY difficult to build an Aircorp when 20% of the population can read at the 3rd grade level. It takes a little bit to get things ramped up.

Outstanding article. The LTC did the correct thing getting this into print. We will face a sea change in the commitmant of our forces. This could be the answer the American public will accept.
