Introduction

Post by Grunt »

Greetings,

Great forum! I've been wanting to sign-up for a while, but just now getting around to that. I've been hanging out at bhd93.com for a few years under the same name. In fact, some of the names out here look a bit familiar. Anyway, I did 4 years as 11B. Initially at Ft. Campbell, KY as an AG then later as an M60 gunner. Then off to Ft. Richardson, AK for a brief stint with battalion Mortars, then onto the Recon/Scout platoon, and finally with the Airborne company (back when they had Charlie Airborne companies.) Probably the best memories are from shooting --spent time on 3 pistol teams and then spent the Summer of '87 with AMU. Good times. Anyway, looks like a good group out here and I hope to meet some folks.
