Look at it this way; I remember being at Bragg once and we were shooting at static targets shoulder to shoulder 3,5, 7 meters.. you know the drill. When range control came out he lost his fucking mind and almost shut us down. He couldn't (and wouldn't) accept the fact that we felt perfectly safe not being behind the 25 meter line and were not wearing k-pots. To him we might as we might as well have been shitting on Bibles, burning the American Flag and dancing around the flames. I remember him getting into a heated argument with the OIC and platoon daddy. For us it was business as usual.
