That is completely false...well almost false.... currently the populations of the lower 1/3 part of the state is populated as follows:

50% - Yankee and canuck snowbirds (you know those old decript folks when seen driving a large car, the only thing visible is blue hair and a set of hands that look like they belong in a coffin)
20% - Cuban
18%- NYC folks
5% - other hispanics
2% - other stupid people(white/black/asian) not from the big city

When the snowbirds get back after the snow melts.
40% - Cuban
36%- NYC folks
10% - other hispanics
4% - other stupid people(white/black/asian) not from the big city

Yah, the the rest of the state is ruled by Mexico, Guatemala, Haiti, and other South American countries. Only the capital is ruled by the U.S. It's getting bad in my town. There war a gang "war" here a year or so back.
