Capellanus: Not sure what more there is to say, except i like sunsets and walks on the beach.
I fucked up my only real chance at ranger school(just 6mos in Batt) by failing the swim test, i wouldn't make excuses, but i constantly told my boss to help me out, but he was like "don't worry, you'll make it"
Funny thing was, The 1st SGT and my PSG told me " If you don't score a 300 on the PT test, you're not going" i got a 303, and the PSG was a little upset cause his guy wasn't gona go, but my fuck up still allowed it :(
2nd Battalion was great, if only because of it's location.

You rolled in here like someone looking for a fight, in a bar he's never been in and with people he doesn't know, missed some very basic, elementary shit and got all pissy about it when you got quite a few differing opinions and points of view.
Then, with a little but of humor and fun at your expense, it was pointed out that you could exercise a bit more tact and hang around without shoving your opinion down everyone's throats right from the onset of your arrival.
Instead of excercising some restraint, you jumped head first into a empty pool with no water. No wonder you don't get it, probably wasn't the first time. Probably won't be the last either I'm sure.
It not only has to do with growing some thicker skin but based on the level of maturity you've already exhibited, you're not exactly winning the congenialty award.
Stick around, get acclimated, learn personalities, backgrounds and educate yourself in who it is you're talking to.
I suggest you settle down, fall back, regroup and rethink the term "first impressions."
Sometimes it's not about what you say, but how you say it and credibilty you've established along the way.
That doesn't have to do with post count either, but what's displayed within each of them that matters.
If you're here long enough to get verified and learn how to disagree without getting in a pissing contest with everyone else here, you'll probably like it.
Either lighten the fuck up with the differing points of view or tell everyone to fuck off. Your call.
I'll save my welcome until I see some forward progress, not that should cause you any loss of sleep.
