I'm a St. Louisan, so I had to ask.
In your intro you wrote that you're looking for ways to improve your running. For the last six months I've been writing every scrap about running that I could think of and compiling it for my former PL/XO. He's gotten enough from it that he's printed a copy to look over periodically before a run, and printed another copy for a neighbor who has been trying to work through some running injuries.
Let me know if you want to take a look at it. One other thing: thanks for your service.
