I couldn't log in on my old username, so I made this one.

I've finished my degree, and after five visits to MEPS and much waiver-pushing on my recruiter's part (for PRK surgery), I have secured an 11x option 40 contract. I ship on 8/2/07.

My current PT scores:
Pushups: 57
Situps: 86
2 mile run: 14:24

Thank you for creating and maintaining this site; without your experience and advice, I probably would have figured that the MEPS counselors were telling me the truth when they said it was impossible to get an option 40 in my contract.
Good job, but this only the beginning of a very long hard road. Never quit, get it in your head right now that you don't feel anything.

Work on your run time as well. Good luck dude.
