Yes, you can send mail during basic, ait, BAC and RIP....though in RIP, I was too damn tired to do so.

Exactly....If you weren't in your room, you were running to wherever you had to be....I couldn't even imagine using the phone down stairs...which I'm not sure if we were allowed to anyway!
