Want good training advice for SEALs? Get your best buddies in school, go out to the woods, get totally fucking lost, try to ambush a squirrel and shoot each other instead. Wear shades and flex for added cool points.

Busting my balls only fuels the fire inside, keep it coming. Ranger Madslashers1-2 I would rather drown in the fucking ocean than come home a failure thats how serious I am. Quit and can't have been removed from my vocabulary and its elbows and assholes from here on out.

maintain

Maintain that attitude that failure is worse than anything at this point, when i started my journey, i told everyone that I would succeed, ergo there was no choice but to succeed. I couldn't tell my parents that I had failed.

It's easy to be a tough guy when you're at home, relaxing on a warm sofa. It takes on a totally different perspective when you're borderline hypothermic for five straight days. Good luck dude.

Being cold sucks.

Being wet blows.

Being wet and cold is about as bad as it gets.

But if you want it that bad, then go for it. Nothing like that comes easy.

Good luck, 5'10" 160, low body fat, you are going
to freeze your ass off in San Diego Bay, i would start
eating some blubber.

Good luck with the Buds program, just remember you
ring the bell, you go to the fleet anyway as a regular
squidly. (not that there is anything wrong with that ;o)
