paladin1952,
No Problem Homey. :D

I use it on my Wife and kids at least once a week, just to keep 'em in line.

The ONLY problem you may run into: Make sure, Make VERY sure that you only plug it into the car charger. For some reason, if you use a household electrical outlet, It shocks the shit out of men only. :?

I know, My wife used it on my that day!

I am from upstate SC...and no I'm not from the Citadel or some other jaded branch of brats...I am, honestly looking at becoming a Ranger...I can't see myself giving 50% to the Army just to feel like I didn't give it my all at the end of my time....My reason for being here is to educate myself on what it takes to be a Ranger - mentally, physically, emotionally..etc.....I will not believe that Rangers sole purpose on this website is to bash, ridicule, and otherwise demean future soldiers; I know that I embarased myself by asking the stupid questions that I did - I deserve that ( apply begoodstick to back of skull) ...I dont want to set myself up for failure...It is not an option for me...so, in that regard...bash away...I'm sure i'll have more questions that need answering....

It would be a very good idea if you didn't post anymore for awhile until you get a feel for the site and the way it operates.

Our number one purpose of this site is to have a place where past and present Rangers can bullshit with their peers. One thing you in your position can not understand is the aggravation of being a Ranger and having to deal with a world full on non Ranger slackers.

The other purpose of this site is to provide information, guidance and possible mentorship to aspiring young Rangers. Even with the information only about 1 in 5 of the deps make it to Bat. You want to see jaded, jaded is all the Rangers on this board that have seen some guy come in saying how he was going be a Ranger no matter what. Ya right! But I can say the few that make it are well worth dealing with the other 80%.

Bottom line, we didn’t send you an invite and the Army didn’t come knocking on your door say that the 75th RGR RGT couldn’t survive without you. If you get your panties in a wad over some internet ribbing then maybe you aught to look at some other form of service that has a “your okay, I’m okayâ€

My reason for being here is to educate myself
If you really meant this, then do it. Educate yourself before you regurgitate the same old questions.

Put in some effort.

I prepared myself emotionally by gathering up an assault pack full of smut on command to appease the gods (any tabbed SPEC-4) during my first training deployment... Other privates who had been through this miserable phase of existence assisted me.
