"Not a Good Day to Die" starts off a bit slow.. Many facts, Bio's about the participants. It doesnt get into the actual story until about half-way through the book.

All-in-all, it's still a good read. I'm enjoying "Robert's Ridge" more, though. Same story, just told a bit differently.

"Blink" by Malcom Gladwell. Well worth picking up- almost finished. A lot of take-aways on how we think, and how the mind works.

Just finished both Roberts Ridge and Not a good day to die. Both were good and brought to light different aspects of the operation.

I plan to read Ghost Soldiers as soon as I finish The Fool Lieutenant.

The Fool Lieutenant is a fast read although a little choppy. It's written in conversational form so it rambles and strays some. But it reminds me of my grandfather telling WWII stories and has a lot of good stuff from one of Rudder's Rangers on D-Day.

"The White Devil" can't remember the authors name right now, it's in my car.
About Maj. Roger's and his Rangers, more historical information than an action reader type, but interesting just the same. If anyone wants the authors name, let me know, I'll post it tomorrow.
I've been looking for this book since Ingraham recommended it. Can't find it anywhere so far.

Currently reading: "The One Percent Doctrine"
I've found it to be very interesting.
