Thank You for your Support!!!

Post by armymommax2 »

WOW, Thanks....this is the most support I have had since we (as a family) have begun this journey! I must say...it was Hard raising a kid tough enough to hang with the BEST! So..with that said, I am most humbled by his accomplishments.........BOTH of my sons (my only children) have given me my most pleasure in life (not to mention pain and grief) and we are not talking childbirth here! LOL But to see them flourish in the ARMY GREEN has been my Proudest moment to date....
I am a AF brat, with a father who served his time in Vietnam....and I was a AF wife for 14 years.....(divorce was hard, but giving up that ID card was harder) So, with that said, I am all too familiar with OUR (the USA) causes......I am a walking, talking believer that OUR military is the way to shape our young mens lives.
I have been a part of recruiting 2 other young men from our area....The local recruiters should give me rank! LOL
Anyway.....To watch my son go thru the process of being a kid with scattered goals, to a distinguished honor grad, to watching his last 2 jumps from a C130, and finally earning his tan beret.....I have chills.....Now, you can bet your bottom dollar, come hell or high water.....I'll be there to watch him earn that TAB! Proud, and BEAMING!!!
I'll be the one (without tears) on the front row.....:) But please...keep up the encouragement,....I do need it.....especially during this time........Thanks...HOOHA!!!!!! Oh Yea WOOOOOPIGSOUIE RAZORBACKS!

Welcome Ma'am. Thank you for raising warriors and for their service and your support. Let's not talk about deployments on an open internet forum in the future, ok?

YES! I did that on purpose to make a point!

Let's start over. In the 20 or so books on 101st Airborne Division LRRP/Ranger history, at least two stories can be found where operational missions were compromised because somebody said something to somebody they shouldn't have. Assume that world terrorist networks are watching this web site, because I promise you they are, just like many others who don't especially care for our way of life. THINK before you post here. Assume everything on this web site is compromised the second you post it and act accordingly.

Oh....and the point I wanted to make from above? Put the damn DELETE button back on ALL forums. That way if somebody says something they realize they shouldn't have, they can delete it immediately instead of waiting around for admin to do it.
