Question for you guys:
I am looking to become a legal alien so I can enlist in the Army. I am currently at basic training for infantry in Canada (its a long story, to cut it short I have to have surgery and be released to do so). I originally wanted to go across to boarder to sign up, but impatience had me join up here in Canada. Now that I have the chance to go down south and the time to do it, Id like to make the move.
I am limited to 20 minutes a day on the computer in the medical release platoon Im in and cant get enough time to sift through and make sense of all the details needed to become a legal alien in the US. Could someone whos gone through the process outline it for me? I have a friend who is a Ranger, he is helping me with the enlisting information.
All help is appreciated. Im doing what I can with the time Ive got.
