400lb to 170lb without surgery?
Yup. Difficult but not impossible. Jared had similar results with the 'Subway' diet. He makes a decent living now as a motivational speaker I understand.
Thats not fair though, Jared had AIDS, it's true, I saw it on southpark!

Go SMP

Post by Overwatch »

Bikkster,
I would go SMP. Best of both worlds- staying an Infantry Soldier and learning everyday you drill with other soldiers and when you get your dot- Junior/ Senior year you get to learn still as a soldier but get tutored from the officer side on occasion also. Not to mention if you are lucky the opportunity to lead, with a short leash, as a dot and learn what works and what doesn't from everyone around you who are critical but understanding of your situation. One of my PLT SGT's when I was a dot is now going to be my 1SG and me the CO. Small world.
Feel free to PM me on details.
